for our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy and winter driving tips.
- Cancellation Policy: during severe winter
weather, feel free to CANCEL your reservation
FREE OF CHARGE. Simply let us know that severe
winter weather is your reason for cancelling by emailing
us, calling us at 204.0000, or calling the Reservation & Emergency
Line free of charge at 1.866.305.1122 (see Member
Handbook pg. 15 for regular cancellation policy).
- Give yourself EXTRA TIME: Winter weather means
poor road conditions and slower driving so give yourself extra
time for your reservation.
- Drive Slowly: Be a careful driver and please
drive slowly. Be extra cautious of intersections - they become
slick more quickly than other parts of the road. Give yourself
more distance than normal between yourself and other cars.
